Overall property was great for price however overall the room needed a deep clean with the shower being mouldy and thick dust on windows. Off street parking was close, easily accessible and free. The communication is shocking with instructions being different to what is actually required. Instructions need to be updated.

The water pressure is excellent. Trams are straight across the road. The reverse air conditioner is excellent with out it you would freeze, One thing that is lacking, the ability to have a number of keys to the accommodation. Plum ask you to download an app however they can only have one phone number, not good when one is in hospital and needs their mobile to stay in contact with love ones and the spouse not being able to have access due to one number rule. Very frustrating.

I am sorry but a I cannot recommend due to the inconvenient check in process (in Carlton, not North Melbourne) and very noisy position with tram and road noise. The room was large but tired with leaking fridge and AC did not work. TV was small and poorly installed on the wall.

No information on booking that reception is at another location in Melbourne. Phone number on door not answered. App is used to access room, app works intermittently. If one of our party was not already in room we would not have been able to access. Something had leaked in room (shower? fridge? AC? sink?), more than half of the carpet was soaking wet. Room smelled very strongly of mold and damp. Not recommended.
