We stayed at the Pullman to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and attend the Teddy Swims concert. It took over an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room, when it was it was not our bags. No one answered at the front desk when we called. Bathroom shampoo/conditioner ammenities were empty. Our in room breakfast service arrived and it was incorrect.

Exceptional service. Fantastic location for going to the football at the MCG. Room was very clean & comfortable. The pool was beautiful in the mornings for a swim as it heated nicely and quiet. Good buffet breakfast was nice. Highly recommend

The rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable and breakfast was delicious. It is a short but lovely walk from the CBD however, if you’re not up for a walk there is a tram stop directly out the front door. Will definitely stay there again.
