nice.

upgraded to a beautiful room with high ceiling. looked like a scene out of big brother tv series. spent most of my time in the bathroom. seriously good , tho. im a big fan of punthill brand and veriu , apparently , normally out of my budget. this was a free night aprox. 2 years in the making. GREAT

Stayed in a room on the east side of the building. A new development on this side of the hotel means our room was very dark. Maybe the hotel should make that very clear when making a booking. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t very effective. The room was a little too warm but there was nothing we could do about it.

1 night in Melbourne

A well located hotel if you are doing football, concerts etc around the MCG precinct. 1 bedroom rooms provided great extra living space and all necessary amenities. Room did not have any great views and was noisy as next to a construction site but this was communicated as part of the booking process so no surprises. No construction at night so still plenty of quiet time. Bathroom was a bit dated but some rooms have been renovated. Overall a comfortable hotel in a good location and Zach Brown Band was fantastic.

The first night was impossible to sleep — the building was so noisy from the strong wind (felt like a cyclone!), and I’m usually a deep sleeper. Luckily, the next night was calm and I slept well. Great location and very affordable, but cleaning needs improvement as we found leftover food in the fridge. Friendly staff fixed it quickly. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Excellent experience

I had everything I needed and more, thank you! Close to Parliament and Flinders St stations and every larger shop within 5-10 minute walking distance. The apartment exceeded expectations and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would have loved to cook but no need with everything available so close by. One thing that would be even better is a larger TV, 32” is too small for the room. Staff were super attentive and great communication, thank you for a very pleasant stay.

It was a fantastic property to stay out and it is an extremely close to multiple theatres in the Melbourne CBD. I will definitely consider staying here again if I go to Melbourne to see musicals. It's also extremely easy to navigate around the CBD from the location.

The property is in an excellent location, close to shops, transport, restaurants, gardens, theatres. The check-in was quick and the lady on the front desk was helpful and extremely pleasant. She is an asset to the business. The apartment itself was very spacious. It was very clean and had great resources (stove, hob, washer/dryer, air con/heating, TV). There was a shower over a bath but the bath mechanism didn't work (they may have decommissioned the use of baths due to water usage concerns??). I had been pre-warned about noise from surrounding building works. I stayed on a Sunday and so there was no noise. It did start up at 7am. on the Monday morning but wasn't actually that bad. I would happily stay at this establishment again. Thank you.
