The property was extrememy spacious with a wonderful bathroom, kitchen and seating area. The only criticism I have is that I couldn't find any spare blankets and got quite cold as I didnt wish to have the heater running all night due to noise. Secondly, the beds were very firm and made my shoulders hurt over a prolonged period of time. Other than that, the locations was excellent and the family room and balcony were perfect.

3Bedroom Apartment Sorrento.

There were 6 people who were attending a Wedding at All Smiles Wedding venue last weekend. I booked Shells Apartments through Wotif. We found the location very handy being in the centre of the main shopping centre of Sorrento. The Apartment suited us for the weekend and the amenities were clean the bedrooms were set up for our needs. The Staff were only to happy to help if we needed anything. We would stay here again. Overall good but minor disappointments

Good service, good size apartment and overall clean and tidy. Inside fridge and sponge provided was dirty which was a disappointment as well as damaged toilet seat. Also not keen on the terms & conditions of having to take out all trash when leaving otherwise incurring extra charges. Despite this, the apartment is in a great location.

On Main Street and close to beach

Terrible parking conditions. I struggled to park my Toyota Hilux in the car park allocated area. I was told there were three available spaces but they do not have the capacity for any more than 4 big vehicles. Then to receive an abusive msg left on my vehicle from someone anonymous as they struggled to get their mini bus and FWD’s past my vehicle was enough for me to factor this all in when planning my next overnight stay. Rooms were clean but door frames are rotting away. Beds were really uncomfortable. To top it off I could here the gentleman nextdoor snoring at 2:30 in the morning.

Too noisy

Late. Night noisy make me weak up and it last until the morning. People yelling , screaming on the street, crying, doing crazy things! Terrified! Will not be back .

Central location

A perfect spot to enjoy all that Sorrento has to offer. The apartment was comfortable and well laid out and the undercover parking behind the apartments was very convenient.

Great location but that is it!

This apartment is in great location but for the price we paid we where very disappointed. Very unclean and tired looking property. Oven was the cleanest thing in the place as it looked like it hadn't been used. Needs a good renovation

Well located, modern, basic accommodation.

Unfortunately this room was not worth the money we spent. The tv in the living room didn't work, lights in the bathroom and living room needed replacing, toilet seat was cracked and the apartment had a strong smoky smell. Also we weren't provided with the wifi password so no access to this throughout our stay. The manager was unsympathetic to our disappointment.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was brilliant. The only thing that could be and should be improved on is the carpets needed a good vacuuming and the wet areas needed a good mopping. Otherwise we were very comfortable in the apartment we stayed in.

Spacious apartment close to shops and the beach.

Fantastic - really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so close, hardly used my car which was important as it's so busy during this time! Central location and the front balcony overlooking the shops was very pleasant !

Needs an upgrade

The upgrade is unfinished. The step in and out of the shower is dangerous. The stairs are a chore with suitcases. The location is excellent.

Boring, dated and terrible view.

Wasn't many there but they decided to put us in the room which looked onto a brick wall with air conditioners in top. Bed and bathroom ok and apartment clean. decor boring and dated. Horrible entry into the apartments via the car park.

Doesn't get more central than this. Super close a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. BBQ area would be perfect in summer!
