#Smoking Free# Smoking is strictly prohibited. In the event of a false alarm triggered by cooking, please open balcony doors and windows to allow the steam/smoke to escape and turn on bathroom exhaust fans. DO NOT open the apartment door to the hallway, as the smoke detectors in the hallway will call for fire engines instantly.
#Lost Key# Any lost key (include but not limited to room key and parking key) will incur a key replacement fee of $500/key. Please keep safe and good care of the keys.
#Damage# Any damage to the property will incur a fee for both the damage + repair costs. Magnificent views but unfortunately the apartment was not well maintained or cared for. The floor in the living area and kitchen completely scrtach, carpet in terrible condition, water was coming through one of the windows and you are 28 floors up yikes. Bed base damaged, split system damaged, skiting boards and walls need a good paint and tiny white flys in the second bedroom forced me find aternative accomodation for my family on teh last night.
