Staff friendly and good location near to Southern Cross Station. Shower had good pressure. Uncomfortable pillows and beds meant I left with back pain. Overall wpuld nlt stay here again for the money I paid.

Staff great Room in poor shape. Was a zipped king and there was no mattress protector meaning sleeping anywhere in the middle of the bed meant the zipper digging in.
