Welcome to our spacious, modern 1 bed/ 1 bath 5 Stars Oceanfront Beach Penthouse. Approximately 874 sq ft of space are made available to you with tons of character, luxury finishes, high ceilings, and southeast facing patio windows.

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious 1 bedroom with King sized bed, comfortable memory foam Mattress, king-size pillows, king-size duvet cover, large window facing the ocean, Blackout blinds. The bedroom is equipped with 2 nightstands with bedside lamps on each side of the bed and a large dresser with drawers. 50" Smart TV.

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
High-end Murphy bed (Queen size) in the living room that can accommodate 2 adults with memory foam Mattress, queen size pillows, queen-size duvet cover. Blackout blinds in the living room to ensure quality sleep.
A full-sized mirror closet with hangers is available in the main entrance with an iron, an iron board, beach chairs & umbrella.

BATHROOM
Marble bathroom with modern finishes, glass shower, hand towels, bath towels. Hairdryer.

KITCHEN
Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Kitchen is fully equipped.

ENTERTAINMENT
Sit back and relax in the living room & enjoy your favorite movies and shows on a Smart TV equipped with cable & Netflix. Guests need to use their own Netflix account. Complimentary fiber-optic WI-FI.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a high-end Italian Design sofa. Large design coffee table. Modern light.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chipcard that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chipcard at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs $2/use, Dryer costs $2/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)

1) Key Fob (Subject to change without prior notice, non-refundable fee)
Upon your arrival, you will need to pay an activation fee of $30 for each key FOB purchased. One key fob must be purchased for 2 adults. Two key fob must be purchased for 3 or 4 adults. Key FOB gives you access to building facilities, common areas (gym, pool, beach). This fee in payable on site upon your arrival at the guest office of the resort (by credit card only).
This fee is not included in the price of your stay.

2) Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want" (Subject to change without prior notice)

Upon arrival, you must also pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Covered and non-covered parking lots are available.

Parking fees are payable by credit card:
- 1 Week: $100
- 2 Weeks: $125
- 3 Weeks: $150
- 1 Month: $175

*note: the resort asks for a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.

3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and have your packages delivered at the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.
