The shower had no hot water; they fixed it, only for it to break again the second day. The WiFi barely worked. The sink had cracks, and the paint job would have to work it's way up to amateurish. The elevator barely fits a single person and their suitcase, eating that you may have a wait and don't even think about disability access. The fact that they get away with charging as much as they do for a lower quality room than a roadside motel is obscene. The staff, however, was very friendly.

The key does work properly . I stayed for 2 night and no one cleaned my room. Have to week 2 weeks for my deposit overall just bad.

It will simply be removed from your pending charges. This process may take up to seven (7) business days, but can take up to thirty (30) days outside of the United States.
