Overall the hotel was clean and in good shape. Unfortunately, the rug in our room was not thoroughly vacuumed as there were bits of debris and small pieces of paper on the surface. In addition, the bathroom mirror had water stains over much of the surface. Otherwise the room was clean.

Good hotel except breakfast. Breakfast: we had to wait a lot for breakfast because they where slow to fil up when it was empty for coffee, bread, fruits and also we had to wait a long time to get a knife and fork.

My stay was great! The staff was nothing less than amazing. Florenciya morning staff (forgot his name. Dave or Gabe). The staff was nothing less than amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was clean, friendly staff, walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay here again

It was just a stop over - Parking was next door $60 to park which is ridiculous it’s close to beach if that’s what your looking for other than that we don’t think there were that many great places to eat in the area probably would not return

The hotel is old. Our shower had a leaking issue. So we had to change rooms. found bed bug shells on the sheets. The icebox had an old discarded tea bag full of fungus on it - probably the rooms are not maintained well. The telephone in the room always went to voicemail whether you called front desk or room service. I just stayed only for a night to catch an early morning flight. So I could put up with the issues. The front desk staff was very friendly and quickly helped me when I went down and told them the issues.

The room was clean & the staff was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was when I asked housekeeping to clean my room they only cleaned the bathroom (trash & removed used towels). They didn’t make up the bed or take the trash out in the room.
