Overall, the staff is trying hard to please at the Fontainebleau. It was nice of owner services to waive the parking fee daily after the host said it was included! Pool staff was attentive and professional. Beach staff exemplary, especially Jaylen, he runs a tight ship for service to customers since we have stayed once before we knew the layout pretty well but the signage is awful still

Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The room was perfect, and the view is amazing! Our only issue had nothing to do with the dwellings or the property owner. It had to do with the hotel staff not having the property ready for my stay at the 4pm check-in time. I reached out to Oscar (Property Owner) and I received word shortly thereafter that the property was ready. He was very responsive and willing to get involved to make it right. I’m definitely staying in Oscar’s property when I come back! It was an awesome stay!! Thanks Oscar!!

We stayed here prior to leaving for our Disney cruise. It was also Miami swim week and we had such a wonderful time experiencing FontaineBleu along with the private pools and beach. I would recommend staying here again.

We love the unit and view, however we had a number of issues that we consider management for the first time. We did not get checked in until after 5pm because the room was not ready. However ac was off and it seemed like the unit had not been occupied for awhile. Requested housekeeping three times. Did not happen. Ice maker did not work but was fixed the next day. No water pressure the last day. Low pressure returned after six hours and remained low until we checked out the next day. Could not shower. No explanation as to why. We love the unit and have stayed there several times but feel the management of the property needs improvement.

Amazing Stay

Fountainebleau is an awesome place and this unit was impeccable. Oscar was great at communicating with and gave impeccable instructions on what to do to get to the property and what to do when you get there. We would definitely stay with Oscar at one of his units again, Wonderful Experience.
