We had a 2-night stay at this wonderful hotel that allowed us to complete a long-held ambition of the Florida Keys road trip. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff at check-in were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was available and looked good. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel for our stay & relied heavily upon the reviews. I was SO disappointed. The room smelled old & not clean & was generally subpar. The TV had no guide on it so it was frustrating to find what you wanted to watch. The breakfast: no real healthy options; only hot items were eggs, sausage & waffles; muffins tasted terrible. The positives of a comfortable bed & convenient location did not outweigh the negatives. I wish I had paid a little more for a nicer place.

The property was clearly owned by people who take pride in their work both inside and out. The grounds were well landscaped and very easy to get around in and there were various sculptures as well as plants. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast area was immaculate. Our check-in was fast and gracious, and we were given helpful information about the town and discounts available.

The hotel fit the need. I needed quick access to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks without paying an arm and a leg. Breakfast wasn't outstanding, but adequate and included in the room price.

Big comfortable room with easy unload and load of luggage. Great staff; my daughter left her headphones in the room on a stay two days earlier. When I told the front desk attendant she went out of her way to check possible lost and found locations and then lookup and call the maid that had been on duty for my room that night. To my daughter's delight the headphones were returned.
