The staff could not have been more pleasant and attentive. The property is well cared for and neat and clean. This is an older, motel styled property. We loved the direct access to our room. Very happy we chose this property. Great value! Thanks!

Family of 4 traveling for Lesure. Staff has been welcoming and courteous. I booked it for the price and great online reviews. Experience could have been better. Towels had rusty stains. What scared us all was the bedbug bites. Sure it is possible I caught from the previous hotel but I am sensitive and my body wouldn’t usually wait 2-3 days or even weeks to tell me so. I have also heard it a lot that “I might have caught it from the precious hotel”. The first night we stayed, my son complained itching, we had a few bites but I contributed it to mosquito. The second night I slept mostly on my right side. Waking up the next morning we all had tons of bites on us close to 90 of them. Since I had 20 red bumps The morning, my neck arm and slept I wasn’t sure if it was bedbug but by the second morning I was certain of the worst bedbug bites I have ever had because all 4 of us waking up with extensive bites. I am sensitive, I don’t wait 2-3 days to start feel the bite effects.

This hotel is right at the entrance (or exit) to the Florida Keys. The person at the front desk for the check-in, and then at check-out, Vanessa Ramirez, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind.

We would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean, but outdated. Yes, they had been renovated, but the buildings themselves are old. We never tried the breakfast, so i gave it 3 stars. The area around the hotel isn't bad, but isn't great. Florida City is run down, and there are some really bad areas, but the hotel really isn't close to the downtrodden areas. It's on US1 and close to the turnpike, so you are within driving distance of plenty of decent dining options. The staff were very friendly! Overall a very pleasant experience. If we can find reasonable rates again, we would stay here on our next trip.
