Breakfast was nice. Was disappointed during check in. Arrived at 220pm to *see* if check in was possible. Was informed it was not since room was not clean and to come back in 40 minutes to an hour. I came back at 310pm, keep in mind check in is AT 3pm! When I arrived again, I was told room wasn’t ready and there was nothing they could do. That housekeeping was behind. I had a wedding to get ready for. Check in is AT 3 what do you mean there’s nothing you can do?? I’ve worked in hotels before and I know the drill. They dislike moving rooms around since they already had the room keys programmed for the other guests arriving that night. Obviously they saw I was not moving and they decided to swap rooms. I personally wouldn’t come back.
