Check in clerk was not very friendly but everyone else was great. Casino very Smokey and lots of dirty glasses & ashtrays. But rest of hotel & rooms were great. Lots of extra fees get charged upon arrival which we thought the taxes & fees up front paid for everything. Won some money, food was great at the buffet, pool was little cold. We were also a little disappointed that the sun deck was closed & beach access roped off.

We had a great experience aside from the rude worker we checked into the hotel with. As we got to the front of the line, she logged off and motioned to a supervisor that she was taking a break. The supervisor told her to hold off because the lines were very long. The worker barely said five words to us, we didn’t understand the resort fees etc and she just gave us our keys. She was obviously upset with that other person but we basically had to figure everything out on our own. Thank you
