Took more than 20 minutes for check in with only one person working and a change of shift right at 3 p.m. Between floors was very loud. We could hear the people above us walking around the entire time. It's been a long time since I've experienced this in any hotel I've stayed at.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in and such a reasonable rate. Friendly & helpful staff & incredibly clean. Valet parking in the city is a huge bonus (small 1x fee, but completely worth it in the city). Would be my 1st choice if ever back to Milwaukee

I was disappointed with my stay. After driving up after work and arriving at the hotel, my room smelled of combined bathroom and old food. I was so tired. I just fell asleep, hoping that the air would dissipate in time. Sleeping wasn’t so easy though, as both nights the extremely loud sound of the heater kept me up. I was there to run two races Saturday and Sunday and don’t think I will use this location next time.

Disappointed that parking was separate

Great spacious rooms. Good location. Only 15 min walk to Baird Center, 5 min Uber ride. Breakfast was hot delicious and efficient. There was two separate areas for serving breakfast which kept lines moving fast on busy mornings. The only negative was that parking was a separate cost.

I was offered to park in a SpotHero parking lot just behind the hotel by the check in staff as it was considerably cheaper for the length of stay. Unfortunately one night my car along with 6 others were vandalized. All broken back windows and all cars rummaged through. Also walls were a little thin and was able to hear my neighbors 2 nights in a row having an “enjoyable time” for most of the nights. Was a little rough. Staff was super friendly though. Bed was comfy enough and the room was clean. A little bit of a mixed bag experience.
