I enjoyed my stay at home2suites, great walking distance from everything you would want to visit downtown as well they had a good breakfast and new/clean rooms. My only complaint was that our entire 4-day/ 3-night stay we only received clean towels but no new toilet paper, no bed made, no garbage removed from the room which started to pile up after that many days was unsatisfactory. When I brought this up at the hotel desk when checking out the manager had really nothing to say, would have been nice to receive an apology or discount considering how much a person pays for a hotel room a night and I made my own bed the entire trip.

On arriving, we received a warm welcome from “Q,” the manager and Andrew at the front desk, who also texted us to make sure our expectations had been met. The room was a good size, in excellent condition, and we received maid service every other day without having to ask. We were impressed with the layout of the complimentary breakfast area, especially the yogurt served out of a machine, the fresh fruit served daily, the very hot water for tea, and the very cool automatic pancake machine. We’ll be back!

My stay was wonderful I forgot my wedding ring in the room when I realized it I called and they found it said it would be at the front desk I told them I wouldn't be able to get there for two days. When I went to pick it up showed my ID and it was right there so very grateful for the staff.

Our room was large, as it was a handicap accessible room and worked well. Lots or electrical outlets. The only shortcomings were that the TP was awful. I always anticipate this and carry my own Charmin on every trip. Secondly, the waffle making station should be moved off the rest of the breakfast bar. Placing it on a separate counter solves two major issues. 1] The people are not held up by waffle makers and 2] syrup is not tracked about the room. I have visited other hotels that have put the waffle maker on a counter away from the rest of the buffet. Also, others use syrup packets so no tracking of the sticky mess. Overall, I'd give you and 85 or 90 out of 100. A- very good.
