Bottom line If you don’t rely on a wheelchair, this hotel is a stylish, comfortable choice in a great location. However, wheelchair users should confirm bed height and bathroom dimensions in advance or request a truly ADA‑compliant room. We hope management will address these issues—lowering bed frames or providing transfer boards and ensuring bathrooms meet proper turning‑radius standards would make an otherwise excellent stay fully inclusive.

1. During check in, the person checking me in, decided, to work with another person during my check in. Then she came back to me to finish. That's super annoying. 2. The pool had a leak. Things happen, I get it. My daughter was really made. 3. There was only one, very small garbage can. Way too small. That's irritating. 4. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. I called down to the front desk, and she told me I had to come down and get them. Ok fine. I get down there, and asked for a pillow, and she told me they do not have extra pillows. 5. Our fridge barely worked. Even cranked up to the coldest setting, it wasn't enough. Luckily we had a cooler. So, we went to get some ice from the ice machines. There was barely any ice coming out. We went to other machines, same thing. 6. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there, and every time there are issues. We will not be staying there again. There are many options.

Bad design makes for an average stay

The stay was fine, but there were several small design flaws that piled up to make it just an average room. There was only one power outlet between the beds which was fine for my CPAP, but forced us to charge three cell phones on the desk across the room making it a pain to turn off morning alarms. There was only one trash can and it was in the bathroom. The bathroom sink design made it difficult to wash hands without spilling water down the back. The small tv was in the large area with the beds and the large tv was in the small space with the couch. Again, none of these things were awful, just a bunch of bad design decisions in an otherwise comfortable room.

Ok. It’s completely understaffed. No restaurant or bar like Cambrias have. Breakfast is terrible. Towels are paper thin. It’s clean. Its nice. It’s just not a full service hotel.

We were visiting Maple Grove, MN for business meetings. We wanted a comfortable hotel with work areas (desk, sitting room). Cambria Hotel in Maple Grove had new, fresh rooms that fit our needs.

The rooms looked nice. The reception area was welcoming. Staff was very friendly. Negatives include cleaning staff did a poor job cleaning the bathroom. Hair from previous occupant was still on shower wall so little concerning whether the rest of room was really cleaned. Breakfast was very simple lacking much variety especially yogurt (just blueberry) just disappointing.

The shower was basically useless. It was just a 3x8 cut out tiled area that would fit a wheelchair with a pull down seat for the disabled (which I am not). NO water pressure to speak of with a hand held wand - quite frankly it was terrible. The first 3 nights it sounded like someone was running the hallways upstairs, even after getting out of bed to call the front desk about it. I will never use Expedia again but will make my reservation directly with the hotel. The price was great but you get what you pay for and it wasn't up to standard

We stay at the Cambria whenever we are back in town. It is a great location (right off the highway) and has a lot of areas to dine/shop nearby. The suites are spacious and really great for families or if you want to lounge. The only downside is the gym and breakfast. It was hot and they only had 2 treadmills and free weights. The pully weighs did not have any handles. The breakfast is not as nice as other hotels, but it is clean and there are some ok options if you are really hungry. Staff was professional and responsive. I would stay again.
