Ok stay, not sure if I'll be back though

The room was very nice and clean, but housekeeping walked in on me and my family a day before we were supposed to check out. Then later on that evening my keys had stopped working so me and my children walked upstairs to our room with our hands full and couldn't get into our room. The hot tub jets weren't working and there was a strange smell coming from the water. The pool did not have chlorine in it or very minimal chlorine because we couldn't smell it so I'm not sure how clean the pool was.

Horrible customer service. Tried calling Expedia ad the hotel directly at least 15 times to cancel the booking as we had a family member hospitalized and couldn’t make it to the hotel. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone to speak with to cancel this. Unfortunately she ended up passing away so I dint have any more time or care to deal with this as there were more important things we were dealing with. Terrible experience trying to just reach someone to talk to.

Property had a water leak so it was under construction. The pool and hot tub area was smaller than expected. The room was “clean” but could use a good dusting and seem outdated.

Arrived after 8PM for check-in, large TV in sofa-bed area did not work and nobody on-site to give direction on how to make it work other than giving us another remote to "try". Nobody at desk when went to get bedding for sofa-bed when nothing was in room - slept on sofa with pillow from kind bed that was in use by others.

The room sizes are nice, that was about all we liked. We were disappointed in the fact that the whole lobby/entry was torn apart and the hot tub was out of order. I really wish there was a way for the property to contact guests ahead of their stay about these things or at least offer a discount for the inconvenience. We booked THIS hotel for the hot tub and bar option in the lobby. We were super bummed to say the least! The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. We had never stayed at a Cambria before and sadly we’ll be removing them from our list.

The toliet in our room was broken. I went downstairs on friday and told the front desk. They said they would let maintenance know. We went down stairs 3 times to report this. Also they deactivated our room keys even though we were staying there for 3 nights. Breakfast was okay-greasy sausage patties every morning and bland eggs. Pancake maker was neat but the pancakes were way to small. Pool was size of a spa. Whirpool was out of order. We didnt even bother going into the pool. We wont be staying there again.

Arrived to a taped/coned off front door. Had to check in at the bar. Apparently a pipe burst (no knowledge of this prior to arriving) the entire floor we were on was torn up. All the numbers on the doors were held on by command strips. Went down to get a drink in the evening and there wasn’t anything available. Asked if I wanted a receipt as we were checking out I said “yes” then they said they didn’t have any paper to print. I understand unavoidable things happen. But this was just a wreck.

The photos made the place look amazing! When we got here, couldn’t get in the main entrance due to construction. The front desk was also the bar so it was confusing for checking in. The room was huge, which we liked. The room was hot! We ended up turning on the AC (in January) just to cool it off. We ended up shutting it completely off during the night. The bed was uncomfortable, very springy & bouncy. The bedside lamp- only one light worked, and the USB port, etc on the base did not work. So our phone had to be charged across the room. The toilet paper holder was clearly broken, but we were extra cautious not to cause any damage to it. We had to go to the front desk to get blankets / sheets for the pull out hide a bed. When we got back it was only a flat sheet and a blanket, nothing else. The pool was small and the hot tub was closed. Location of the hotel was decent. Unsure if I’d choose this place sgonn.
