I like that it was close to Osseo/Maple Grove. I also liked the breakfast. I didn't like tnat I found a piece of hard candy tucked in with the sheet.

Housekeeping is very poor, tire room I was given was missing drapes entirely and the toilet kept over flooding which the front desk just had housekeeping come and clean up only to leave the first towels behind in my tub and never replaced them. Horrible place

Each time I’m in Minnesota, I book a stay at this location. It’s very quiet and pleasant to be in. The staffs are very friendly and the property itself is clean. Loved their breakfast buffet & their morning staffs are always greeting you. Highly recommend staying here.

Average at best

It's pretty average overall. The thing I hated most was the small pillows for the bed. But I'm used to king-size pillows, so it was like sleeping on cotton balls. The drapes were ripped, the pool was cloudy and we found a dirty sock and plastic bag under the bed when we were checking to make sure we had everything before we checked out. The breakfast was pretty much what you'd expect at hotels like this - mystery egg product and slightly off breakfast meats. The breakfast area is small and gets very loud. Or it could be my fellow travelers were unusually loud, which wouldn't be the hotel's fault. We've stayed at the Country Inn & Suites near MOA and it was a little better.

Clean but basic

Clean but very basic room. Breakfast bagels were poor quality and condiments were off brands and poor taste. No half &half only Coffee Mate brand.

Property was conveniently located for our purposes but no restaurants or grocery near by. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Price was reasonable. Was not noisy. Picture of property is misleading...there is no wood staircase and balcony. Carpets in room need replacing. AC in bedroom quite noisy and no AC in other area so had to leave bedroom open to cool the entire room.

A good 4-star hotel.

Overall a good 4-star hotel. The bathroom had 2 tiny bars of soap and nothing more. I missed the typical bathroom amenities which make it a bit more special. The carpet needed cleaning as there were a few large spots easily visible to me. Otherwise, pleasant staff, nice brunch, comfortable beds and a little bit cheaper than other hotels in the area.

This hotel is a bit dated and could use a little bit of TLC. The pool area has no shower for rinsing off before/after using the pool or hot tub. The room was clean but the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The tub drain was very slow and the shower head was definitely not the best, half of the water pressure was lost due to the faucet leaking.
