Great hotel! Great breakfast and pool area for the kids. My only gripe is the thin walls, you can literally hear everything outside the room and the rooms next door. Would stay again though

This was our second stay at this hotel. I was less happy with it this time because the pool was quite cold and the floor of it looked like it needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the pool, kiddie pool and large hot tub are ideal for families. The bathroom in our room was really showing its age and looking a little run down. Toilet did not flush completely most of the time, toilet seat and paper holder were in poor condition. The water for the tub/shower gets ridiculously hot - so be careful with kids. Positives - Good beds, quiet, lots of grab bars in the handicapped bathroom, good breakfast, friendly staff. Turn up the heat in the pool and I will be back.

I had booked this room 2 weeks in advance and it was to be a 2 queen bed. It ended up being a 2 double bed and bed were extremely small for my family. When asked if we could switch rooms or why we didn’t get queen beds they said someone booked a block of rooms and this was last minute. After my session and not getting anywhere with this, I asked for a refund which they thought around $15 would be sufficient. The next day I asked about the refund and she told me that I would need to contact Hotels.com. That is exactly what I did in. Hotels.com contacted this site and was able to get me a full refund for the room.

Its was pretty good besides the fact i paid for both rooms in full at hotels.com then when i got there was asked for my card to do a security deposit but was charged for both rooms again so a total of almost $800. When i brought it to the staff attention i was double charged for eachroom I was told they were unable to cancel either transaction.

We like this Holiday Inn Express in Rogers, MN. We stay there every time we visit my sisters in the Twin Cities. The property is very comfortable with a good breakfast. However, the correct time on the clock radio couldn't be set, so was useless to us and a bottom drawer on the dresser kept opening, even after closing it. We told one of the staff and they came up and taped the drawer shut. It would have been a terrible safety issue otherwise. But overall we love this hotel. The staff is great!
