"The pools were for the most part good. The main pool was very dirty throughout the day and no one was there to clean it. We complained to the lifeguard who was away from his post the majority of the time doing who knows what. We have been there multiple times in the past and the lifeguard always maintained things and was always present, so I’m not sure what happened with that expectation but it was a definite issue."

"Property was wonderful and more than we expected! Everything was as listed, but the care that had been put into making the house a welcoming place to stay made it so much more. Elliott was an attentive host and our dog loved having so much room to chill. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was clean. Nice view and place was stocked with every necessities. Couldn’t figure out how to use the electric stove though.We locked ourselves out shut luckily was able to contact them and get someone to help us."

"This is a great property, it is clean and well taken care of. The staff is helpful, polite and professional. We have stayed here before and it is a great place. We will definitely be back! The only down side which I didn’t reflect in my rating was the breakfast. This use to have a fantastic continental breakfast with fruit and many options. It is now a cheap sack lunch/breakfast. I was told it was changed during Covid. I see this as a higher end niche spa / resort. The breakfast is what you would expect in a Motel 8. They could do better. Like I said we will be back, but I’ll pack some breakfast food and find a place to eat off property."

"Room was clean but the light in the living room didn’t work, there were no instructions on how to work the TV or what to do upon checking out…no instructions about anything. The light in the larger bedroom came on randomly 3x after I turned it off Not worth the money. "
