Mix up with check in, after going thru the "maze" of hallways made it to our room only to find the keys didn't work. Back to the desk, back to the room to find out the room was already occupied. Went back to the desk and the gal asked what my name was......I gave her my ID and debit card the first time I was there so....so much for checking names (plus I had my reservation paper with me). Finally got a room, which was an upgrade plus $50 in food credit but we only got to use $34 of it after having buffet, we thought we'd get to use the rest for breakfast the next morning but the guy at buffet said you can only use a credit once
