"The staff were very friendly. They were training someone when I got there but they were all very polite. We got there a little bit early. Luckily the room was ready and they let us check in a little bit early. The room was great value for price. very clean and spacious, and very good bathroom "

"Quick & easy check in. Ample parking. Close to shops/attractions (if you have a car). Room was clean & large. Bathroom was great with great shower pressure. Staff lovely. Overall excellent stay. No outside noise heard from the room."

"Bed were very comfortable airconditioner worked well kept the room at a nice temprature. Not impressed with the shower as it was too low and most of the nozzels were blocked. Windows in the lounge area not clean."

"First stay in a chalet after six other stays here. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The resort has a restaurant, pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and gas BBQs available. The chalet was spacious, well equipped with washer and drier, dishwasher, full-sized oven and fridge, heat pump, comfortable couches, a deck/patio with outdoor furniture and lovely views of lake / sunset, and fenced backyard. This is a peaceful place to stay and relax, and only only 12km to city."

"Good location, good view from room (we’ve booked for 2 rooms with city view and unexpectedly they have given us 2 rooms with sea view!!) Can tell the building is with some age but overall is clean and experience is good. The buffet breakfast which is already included in price is good. Must try making the DIY smoothie of your own. Love it! We consider the bed is too soft for us. "

"The property is an historical building, however we didn’t stay in the hotel as there are rooms added at the rear. These rooms are older style and a little tired. However saying that the room was comfortable, close to the park and all amenities "
