This was a lovely experience, dining options is there but needs improvement where booking is concern, more entertainment needed for the kids as this was the family side, just the pool and their water park is not really enough. But overall experience was good and I would recommend and return to this property

If you have a family, you will have a fantastic time with the kids. The staff and management go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. The restaurant was amazing, offering an abundance of delicious food. The beach was lovely, and the property is vast—perfect for early risers who enjoy running. We initially had a bit of a rough start with the A/C not working, but once the management team resolved the issue, we had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. I would definitely consider revisiting, thanks to the world-class management team, especially Kerry Ann, the manager on duty, and Nadralee from guest services.

There is no room service on the Grand side. That was very disappointing. Other than that, the experience was real and overall satisfying.

Title: Poor Professionalism and Safety Concerns Despite Excellent Housekeeping While housekeeping, waitstaff, and front desk service were excellent, serious issues overshadowed my stay. Most lifeguards were inattentive, more interested in socializing than monitoring safety, and carried only whistles with no rescue equipment visible. Bees were also a problem, with my young son being stung on his face. The worst experience came at departure, when bellboys—Joel Green, Michael Grant, Xavier Mullings, and Carpenter Black—refused to help with luggage, mocked the idea of assisting us, and ignored my sister who had an infant in her arms. They prioritized Caucasian guests while neglecting others who appeared more like locals, making service feel discriminatory. Tips are earned, not demanded, and no guest should be treated this way. Management urgently needs to address these safety and professionalism concerns.

The housekeeping was not thorough. My tissue was not replenished. My washcloths were not changed and I had to call the front desk five times to get additional pillows and a blanket. The pillows are very flat worn and cheap.
