The apartment is located in the building that was once the agricultural shed. Secluded compared to the other accommodations of the structure, it develops completely on the ground floor.
It is a cozy apartment, where in each room you will find splendid typical Tuscan ceilings with exposed beams and each window overlooks the park facing our wonderful hills.
Entering the apartment you access a bright living area with a characteristic local kitchen, satellite TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with fridge, oven and dishwasher.
In addition of course to dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and cups and all the kitchen accessories, you will find the moka pot and the tea kettle.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with typical Tuscan style furniture and a fan. The master bedroom has a bathroom with tub, while the bedroom with two single beds has a bathroom with shower.
There is also a private gazebo equipped with table and chairs, where you can eat outside and enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the surrounding hills in complete relaxation.
