This renovated stone-built house is on the farm, at the heart of the peaceful and hilly Monts du Lyonnais countryside. The house includes the 2 lodgings and owners home at the back. Lodging 1 (for 6 people) opens onto private gravelled terrace. Ground floor : large living-room with stone walls (country-style décor, kitchen/dining/lounge areas), shower room, WC, small utility room. 1st floor : leisure area, bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Upper floor : 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (bunk beds). Lodging 2 (for 9 people) : large living room (country-style décor, kitchen/dining/lounge areas). Half floor : 2 shower rooms (1 including WC), separate WC. Upper floor : 3 bedrooms (140 x 190cm double bed) (140 x 190cm double bed + 90 x 200cm single bed) (2 bunk beds (90 x 200cm beds) for 4 people). Outdoors : sets of garden furniture, barbecue, large parking area. Tour of farm can be arranged. Easily accessed from the cities of L'Arbresle and Bessenay.
