The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast is the same continental as most places. The staff upon check-in was not that welcoming and continued a discussion with a sales person instead of checking us in. Our rooms were not replenished with shampoo, toilet paper or towels once while we were there and we had to ask any time we saw a cleaner.

There was a lot o broken pavement on parking lot near entrance/exit area. Staff was friendly. The hotel door was left open by housekeeping staff and the front desk staff didn’t seem very apologetic at all.

Building is just beginning to age but is relatively well-kept - bathroom was the only thing in our room with a couple small issues like peeling wallpaper and a slightly rusting towel rack. The bed was a little harder than we prefer but we slept well because the pillows were great. Breakfast was quite satisfying, with lots of options available for either light or hearty fare. The manager Mr. Singh, who checked us in and out, was quite friendly and helpful. A great property at which to spend some time.

Good: rooms, clean, beds. Great value for money. Med: breakfast...paper plates and plastic cutlery..easy to upgrade to dishes and make the experience much better...like Canalta hotels do. Poor: the room cleaning staff absolutely stank litterly BO.. i passed by one of the ladies and she stank terribly. I also went into an elevator after one of them and the smell of BO almost made me throwup. The parking lot, front entrance and footpath around the hotel was not maintained well enough. I realize winter is hard but even a quick shovel around the door and footpath would help. I stayed for a number of days and it was not tended to.

Was okay not fantastic.

Room was on the older side and not really updated. Heater ran all night and sink was plugged so water would not drain. Room was okay but for the price I was expecting more.

Very nice, quiet, clean, hotel big rooms, was very nice surprise to find out there was a "kitchen prep" area, very useful as we brought food from home and had to make it, definately would recommend, kids were a little upset there was no pool but they got over it and used the hot tub
