They went out of their way to make us feel not just welcome, but cared for — and in a time when we truly needed comfort, that meant everything. Our room was spotless, cozy, and full of charm. The signature Staypineapple bedding was heavenly — exactly the kind of comfort we needed after long, stressful days. The playful pineapple touches and attention to detail added a bit of joy and levity, which we didn’t realize we needed until we had it. The hotel is in a perfect location — close to UW Medical Center, in a walkable, vibrant neighborhood, with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The complimentary coffee and snacks, as well as the chilled water bottles in the room, were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. And the quiet, restful vibe of the hotel gave us the peace we were craving. This wasn’t just a place to sleep — it became a little sanctuary for us during a very personal journey. We are so grateful for the comfort, care, and warmth we found here, and we will absolutely be back when we return for the next stage of his care."
