Welcome to our beach house, happily named ‘Seaglass Getaway.’ Take a 3 minute ride on the provided golf cart to enjoy lazy beach days, stay in and relax with family and friends, walk to the neighborhood playground or crabbing pier; the Seaglass Getaway will provide all your needs and wants. This home can easily accommodate 8 guests in the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home features an elevator from the ground level to the main level, which is available for handicapped guests only.

Main Level:
Spacious entry, powder room, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in laundry room, breakfast nook, living room with large Lovesac sectional, dining room, master bedroom with ensuite and private balcony, blowup mattress provided for additional guests.

2nd Level:
Landing overlooking main level living room, bunk room with triple bunk featuring 3 twin beds and love seat, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom.

Ground level:
Fully fenced entertaining area with dining area, lounging area, propane bbq grill and fire pit, outdoor shower, toilet, beach wagon, chairs, coolers, canopy tent and toys provided.

Things to note;
Linens and towels are provided, every bedroom has a Roku TV, starter supplies provided (ie. coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc.), private driveway can easily fit 3 vehicle. **Extended stays and off season snow bird discounts available! The neighborhood is very nice, and it was quiet at night. The property is pet-friendly, and it is fenced. It was amazing to be able to let our dogs off-leash in the fenced-in yard. The house has many amenities and is very close to shops, restaurants, etc. The house is also very nicely set up for a family. The owners are very easy to contact and are responsive to messages. We loved the golf cart and being able to use it to run to the store or go to the beach. We also appreciated the elevator, as my mother recently had knee surgery and could avoid the stairs. Unfortunately, we did find a lot of Virgina Creeper in the yard, which is toxic to dogs. Also, surprisingly, considering the previous reviews, we did not find the house to be clean. The carpet and tile were dirty, the showers had hair in them, the sofa cushions were dirty and had food crumbs in them, and we found dishes in the cabinet with crusted food on them. I imagine this was an isolated situation since the property gets excellent cleanliness reviews overall. Despite those concerns, we had a nice stay.

Martin and Chelsea’s house is absolutely beautiful! People say that a place has everything but they really did think of everything! Having a golf cart to load up all your beach gear was wonderful and going to the beach is just a few minutes down the road. I didn’t even think about a fenced in yard which they had so that was a great surprise! Dogs could hang out with us downstairs. We slept so good in the beds, I don’t even sleep that good at home. Everything was just perfect! Could not ask for anything more! Thank you Chelsea and Martin for giving us such a great vacation. Which by the way they were very helpful and responded quickly! Great people to rent from! Highly recommend their place.

This home was immaculate! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable, and the biggest thing for us is there was plenty of hot water to accommodate 6 people needing showers. We never ran out, which isn’t something I can’t say about previous rentals. We will definitely book this property again!

Birthday Retreat

Awesome stay! My husband, son and two of his friends celebrated his 13th birthday here. 2 minute golf cart ride to beach, pier, arcade, restaurants, grocery, all of what Garden City has to offer. Owners are super responsive! Our favorite space is the entertainment area under the house. Perfect for our birthday cookout. We will return many times!

Perfect spot!

This is our second time staying here. This time we stayed for two weeks! The house is clean and in the perfect location. It’s so quiet but just a golf cart ride to the pier at Garden City and all the restaurants in Surf Side! Even walked to the Garden City Pier a few times. Our favorite spot is sitting underneath the house enjoying coffee in the mornings. Our two Springers enjoy running around chasing birds! All the things you need for meals are in the kitchen! The hosts are very responsive with any questions. We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed

We were thrilled with this home! From the outside upon arrival to walking inside and seeing how clean and organized it was, it was a great way to start off our mini vacation. The home was well stocked. For those that enjoy cooking, I always appreciate when simple seasonings are available. The highlight of the trip was the golf cart ride to the beach. It was nice jumping into the golf cart and having our pick up spots of where to go. Martin and Chelsea were fantastic hosts, and we would absolutely rent here again. We HIGHLY recommend this home!

Wonderful stay w/ family and fur babies!!

Absolutely love this house and the location. Very close to any stores, restaurants and shopping. About a mile from the beach which was great for morning walks. We LOVED having a fully fenced in area for our dogs, def the best part of the house. Very worry free!

Fabulous Family Getaway

Property is GREAT! The overall layout was perfect for us. Backyard entertainment area was awesome and well done!!! Golf cart and elevator were SO helpful with a family member needing a little help after two knee replacements. The water pressure was not great but

. Certainly not a big deal breaker, That was really the only thing that could use some tweaking. We would not hesitate to book this property again!! 10/10 recommend.

Family Christmas beach getaway

We stayed during the holidays and had a great time. Location was great, house was spacious and Nice outdoor space. Communication with hosts was easy and they were very responsive. I will say it would be nice to have access to the thermostat to make adjustments on our own, however they were responsive in adjusting the temperature remotely when requested.

Beautiful home!

Perfect spot for a family vacation! The owners were very responsive and check in was a breeze. The pups enjoyed playing in the fenced yard and made it so easy for us. We spent a lot of our time outside with them in the comfortable outdoor area. The golf cart was a huge plus! Lots of little extras that made things easy which is what you want on vacation! Definitely will book again!
