Amazing that all 5 bedrooms had their own full bathroom and a balcony or deck. Right on the beach/ocean front. Pet friendly.

Overall, the experience was very good. First renters after Hurricane Ian. Boardwalk had been rebuilt to allow for easy beach access. Quite location. House has age to it but no alarming issues. Would stay again.

Nice stay, Great location

The house, location and our stay were wonderful. I would book this home again. It is close to the pier, right on the water, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There are a few things that could use some improvements, however. 1) Before arrival, I asked if we could rent a crib. The person at Dunes Realty said yes (and it also says yes in the contract), but when we called the rental company they told us they don't rent cribs. 2) One of the bedrooms with two beds had a bed that was broken and no one could sleep on it. Luckily we had enough beds for everyone and didn't need that one. 3) When we arrived, the property managers came over to fix planks of wood on the upstairs deck and the stairs leading to the beach. They were quick fixes and the property managers were wonderful, we just felt that could have been done before we checked in. 4) I called to see if we could do an early check in (between 2 and 3 pm) and they said we could not. We pulled into the driveway just to kill time and there was a person sleeping in their car. When we pulled in, she got out and said she had to inspect the house first. We were fine with not being able to check in early, but when we saw someone sleeping in their car, that annoyed us.

Family Thanksgiving

Great location! Plenty of room to gather or find a quiet place to read. The deck facing the beach was wonderful. The game table was great for puzzles. We really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect house for large family... great location.....lots of stairs for older folks but worth the effort.....could use a little clean up in parking area...... will definitely use this house again!!!!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Location was perfect. House layout was especially nice. A full bathroom for every bedroom! Two refrigerators was a huge plus. The house is dated, could have been much cleaner and the beds comfier if they had toppers and more pillows and blankets. We would definitely stay here again but wish a deep cleaning would be done prior.

We love being able to walk straight out onto the sand and the beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms. It was definitely pet friendly.... we brought our dogs and they loved it. Would definitely return!

Great Location and Layout

While this is an older property that has signs of the age, it was perfect for our family. The layout was fantastic particularly the main floor which is wide open and has terrific beach views. It is located just a quick walk to the pier, restaurants and shops which we loved. We would definitely return!

Nice house, good management, poor special repairmen

Some cleaning things just were not done -- handrail on stairs was grubby, countertops & chairs had not been cleaned, etc. Dishwasher would not work; management company was responsive on other repairs, but this had to be done with someone specific to the property, and we had to call 4-5 times and finally visit the management company to get action. The house itself is great, we would rather not be that close to the pier, others might. Overall, a good experience, esp. for a rental on such short notice (we had been booked at Oak Island, which had hurricane damage the previous week).

Great location. Wonderful home. We had 11 people staying here and there was plenty of room. Only downside we felt there needs to be better seating for all on the decks. The plastic chairs that were there (only 6 of them for four decks) were old and cracked. The furniture could be updated. The beds we're not very comfortable. Overall we'd definitely stay again!! Thanks!!
