This five bedroom, four bath home boasts a large seating area with fun colorful furniture, a gorgeous kitchen and two ocean front master bedrooms! Bathrooms are updated and tastefully done. Large screen television in the living area and flat screens in the bedrooms, for all your TV time. Decorated impeccably, with a nod to beach living! Bright and airy, with a grand seating area on the oceanfront deck, along with a hot tub to enjoy! Plenty of seating on the veranda style porch: just the place for that cup of morning coffee or evening glass of wine overlooking the beach. With both a covered porch and sundeck, we think everyone will find their place at New Beginnings!

The ocean view was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub this time of year. Enjoyed being able to walk right off the deck to the beach.

Very nice home with beautiful views. We had 7 adults and 3 children with plenty of room for everyone. After a fun day on the beach it was nice and relaxing to sit in the hot tub at night under the stars.

Very clean house with an amazing beachfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the linens and towels. Everything else was fantastic during our stay.

Best family vacation ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at New Beginnings. We had not had a Beach vacation for five years and this house, location and great weather surpassed all our expectations. We were all comfortable and happy, and the fact that we could bring our dog made it even . There were a few minor problems but they were quickly solved. We love the location and will likely try to rent it again next summer.

Great spot for family gatherings

House is in a great location and the views are fantastic! Sets up well for large families and groups. The back deck is amazing. We had a blast with our family. Only negative is the house itself wasn’t as clean day 1 as we expected and we spent a lot of time cleaning to feel comfortable otherwise I would have given this a 5.

Relaxing Ocean Front

We enjoyed our home away from home. Being able to walk right onto the beach from the house with a newborn was awesome! The Beach wasn’t crowded and plenty space to play with a two year old and not worry about bothering anyone. Everything was just perfect for our family! We will be back!!

Wedding 2020

We arrived engaged and left married!! This house was absolutely perfect and a paradise for us! They provided all linens needed. Saw dolphins every single day and we will be returning for anniversaries in the future, hands down! Only recommendation we have is better lighting at the steps towards the beach but that's minor as this place has everything with a view!
