Pirates Cove & Mermaids Haven: Duplex sleeps 32!

Pirates Cove and Mermaids Haven are luxury beach rentals that sit right on the beach just steps from the Garden City Beach pier. This gorgeous Duplex has 2 separate sides that both have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each unit sleeps 16 guests for a total of 32.

The bed configuration for each side is the following:
Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets.

There are adjoining doors to connect both houses from the inside and from the rear decks.

Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, ocean side sun deck, and covered parking on both sides.

* Minimum age to book is 25
* No pets allowed
* No smoking indoors

Guests will receive a welcome message with all the info they'll need for the house a week before their scheduled arrival. The welcome message will have the personal unique code to get into the house as well as the WIFI information.

The houses were in a great location and well kept. It was So great they provide beach chairs and towels!!Communication was great and they responded quickly! We had 26 people from 68 years to 7 weeks old. It was great that we had 2 sides so there was a place to go depending on how much “activity” you wanted!

Great Rental on the Beach

This is a great property to stay at. My family and I rented both Pirates Cove and Mermaids Haven - both side A and B - and they were perfect for ua. Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Everyone said how nice the houses were. Karl, the host, was fantastic. I couldn't recommend a better host. He helped us find good seafood and made sure we were comfortable.

Amazing family reunion.

We rented both sides for a family reunion of 27 people ranging in age from 8 months to 78 years old. The house was perfect and could not be in a better location! Karl was super responsive and was quick to send someone out to fix an issue with the AC. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for our golf trip

We have a group of between 12 to 16 that have been coming for an October trip to Myrtle for 20 years. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Our host Karl texted several times to make sure everything was OK and made some great recommendations for dinner. We rented both sides and the connection door was to the kitchen areas. We’ll definitely stay here again

Great location!

We had a family reunion with 16 adults and 8 children (12yrs - 2yrs old). This house is in the perfect location. Short walk to the pier, fishing, arcade, and convenience store. Short drive to Kroger and restaurants. It's a short distance to the beach so it's easy walk for the kids and easy for my elderly parents to watch the beach activity from the deck. The house is a little "worn out" but it may be due to being the end of the summer season. It was tough for my elderly parents as there is no elevator and lots of steps. Once they were on the main level, that is where they stayed until we checked out. They used the main level queen bedroom and unfortunately, the bathroom has a tub shower, no handicap bars, and a short toilet. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive to any issue we had. We had a great time. Lots of laughs, lots of love, and lots of great memories.

Perfect Weekend
