Stunning updated ocean front views await you in this spacious, 1180 sq ft immaculate two-bedroom, two and a half bath corner unit suite, biggest of the 2 bedroom units in Royal Gardens...a very well maintained building located only .7 miles from the Garden City Pier. Each of the bedrooms features its own en suite bathroom. Suite 715 is the larger than most of the 2 bedroom units available in Royal Garden Resort. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops, new backsplash,newer appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen island has seating in addition to a full dining area, a large living room with private balcony providing stunning beach and ocean views, a washer/dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Sleeping accommodations include a queen-sized bed in primary oceanfront bedroom and a queen-sized bed in second bedroom, plus a couch with a pull out queen-sized sofa bed. There are 3 smart TVs (cable) and free Wi-Fi are in the suite. The corner bedroom bathroom was completely remodel in Dec 2021 which now has a walk in shower. New bedroom furniture in 2022 with new mattress in September of 2023.

All rentals include linens and towels as part of the cleaning fee so you can come in and start your vacation right away. We also provide coffee, filters, creamers, basic condiments, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent/

In addition to a thorough cleaning of the unit, we are disinfecting all surfaces prior to any guests arrival. The elevators areas on first three floors now have hand sanitizer stations keeping with Covid guidelines.

The common area features include an indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, the The Salty Pickle bar and restaurant, an ATM machine, covered parking, and three elevators. Parking passes are limited to two per unit. r.

Royal Garden Resort is conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Low Country Zoo.

Looking for some entertainment? Take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River.
