*Surf Master 907 is a beautiful CORNER-UNIT, an absolute favorite among our staff with unobstructed views from north to south. This unit will provide some of the best views in the entire building.*

2024 Notice: The owners of Surf Master 907 have recently renovated the bathrooms. The photos and virtual tour have been updated to reflect these changes.

Surf Master by the Sea 907 is a three-bedroom, three-bath corner oceanfront unit located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped and updated modern kitchen complete with granite counters, two coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. The tastefully-decorated living room includes large windows with panoramic ocean views. Other indoor amenities include a furnished oceanfront balcony, tile and carpeted flooring, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (47-inch HED flat screen TV in living room, cable), DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two double, and two twin-sized beds, plus one sofa bed. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one space; two and three bedroom units are assigned two spaces. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the north building. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 10

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.
