This is absolutely the biggest “catfish” property we have ever stayed at.9000 for filth. I spent the whole 1st day cleaning and washing the mildewed shower curtains. The bottom of one tub was disgusting. All the drains had hair in them. Our king size bed had a queen size mattress sheet on it. Very few towels and wash clothes. The kitchen was absolutely GROSS. The cabinets had caked on food and dirt. Coffee maker, kuerig and toaster was grimy. The refrigerator took forever to get things cold. Then it froze everything in it. The outside of the refrigerator and on the inside bottom hinge had food and dirt dried on it. We had to wash every dish before using them. NONE of the floors were swept. The rug in the living room had hair and glitter smashed into it. The baseboards were incredibly dirty. There was broken slats in the bathroom cabinets. Broken toilet paper holder. One bedroom downstairs had a ceiling fan that was about to lose a blade. We couldn’t even use it. And that room was HOT all the time because the bed covered the vent. No curtains in most bedrooms so forget about sleeping past sunrise.I did contact the host and I got a lot of apologies. No offer to send the cleaning crew back out until AFTER I contacted VBRO directly. I have screenshots of our conversation and LOTS of pictures. There is a broken rocker on the bottom deck. Out by the pool there is a broken plastic lounge chair that needs thrown away. But it’s just propped up by the fence.
