Issues with card when calling to check in. They were putting in the expiration date wrong. Then again they tried charging the second night back to back to that obviously declined because it looked like a duplicate charge. Very stressful. Beds are rock hard and cheap. The breakfast is disgusting. Only bacon and eggs. No usually sausage, potatoes, pancakes and everything else you usually find at breakfasts in hotels. The walls are paper thin and you could hear people running around past 11p at night upstairs and in the hallways on first floor where we were. Never will be back. The only reason it’s 2 stars in staff was nice and housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything clean.

Thermostat was difficult to regulate. Very warm in the room. Bath tub was very slippery, should have had a non slip mat We went to breakfast came back before 10:30 and we were locked out. (Mind you check out was 11am.) Went to the front desk and she didn't see surprise at all. The gap around the door was very large not really sure how secure the door t was.

When we arrived around 3 nobody was at the desk… stink around for like 5 mins… started walking around and found an employee who was heading to the desk… he apologized and checked in the people in front of us then us… Room was nice and clean… toilet wouldn’t stop running. Then wouldn’t flush at all… this was around 8:30 pm. Call to the front desk said they’d come look at it. Came 15 minutes later and said chain broke off stopper… asked if we wanted another room or if we just wanted to stay there until morning without a working toilet. Of course chose other room. Had to pack all our stuff and move across the hall. No real apology or anything from attendant. No apology or acknowledgement or anything during checkout.
