Pelican Bay is a special private community with access to many activities on the beach and at the two community centres. Stay active or relax during the day and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. In addition to the beach restaurant/bar, there are many incredible restaurants and bars within a 5 min drive. Waterside shops and Artis Naples provide premier shopping and entertainment.

This unit in St Laurent is newly renovated with all new stainless steel appliances. New hardwood tiles throughout the unit make it very easy to keep clean. The building is centrally located in Pelican Bay within walking distance to both boardwalks and community centres.
