Summary:

Walk to beach! 4 Bedroom/2.5 Bath house sleeps 10. Coastal Florida style decor. Bike and running paths, beautiful beaches. Excellent restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping. Trader Joes, Whole foods, water side and fifth avenue all near by. Ask us about the golf cart service! We host 10 homes in this neighborhood.



The Space:

This immaculate 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is the perfect location for beach enthusiasts. short 5 block walk to Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach. Tropical landscape and coconut trees enhance the front of the home. For added convenience, there is a double car garage and a large driveway for off-street parking.



Enter thru the front door to a beautiful living and dining area. The Broyhill sofa converts to a queen size bed for extra guests. This area is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or invite guests to join you for conversation. The dining table will seat six with additional seating for four at a nearby bistro set.



The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a French door refrigerator, granite counters and glass tile backsplash. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided except the groceries.



The brightly decorated family room invites you in to enjoy a game, movie, or your favorite program on a large flat screen Smart TV. A half bath is conveniently located off the family room.



Patio doors lead you to the covered screened lanai where you can enjoy the warm Florida weather and dine outside at a table for six. The backyard features a pristine heated salt water pool. The area is completely fenced in for your privacy and displays tropical flora. It is also South facing so that you can enjoy sunshine all day long. The pool remains at 84 degrees.





Upstairs, you will find four large bedrooms. Two with queen size beds and large closets. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a large closet. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and granite counters. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, flat screen Smart TV and a walk in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination granite counters and double sinks. This bathroom also has a nice size linen closet.



A Pac n Play and high chair is provided for babies.



All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with Florida flair with comfortable mattresses and linens. Each closet has extra pillows, blankets and hangers for your clothing. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided as well as bath soap and hand soap.



We have beautiful beaches in Florida and provide you with a few bikes, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels for your day in the sunshine. A few sand toys are available for your children.



The home also has a full size front loading washer and dryer.



The location of this vacation property is one of the best in the area. Wiggins State Park Beach is five blocks away and a lovely walk. There are sidewalks, bike paths, running paths and plenty of sunshine. Vanderbilt Beach is also nearby (2 miles) and is known world wide for its white sand turquoise water. Both beaches have facilities and reasonably priced parking. ($10 per day). Wiggins State Park Beach has charcoal grills and picnic tables for your use.



Shopping and dining choices are too numerous to detail. The Mercato which features many restaurants and shops is a mile and a half away. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and two Publix Supermarkets are all less than two miles and there is a Walmart less than a mile. The Downtown area, 5th Avenue Shops and Waterside Shops are a short 15 minute drive.

Wonderful Stay

What a beautiful property. The location is extremely convenient. We enjoyed the beach, shopping and fine dining, all within 10 min or less. This home has a wonderful layout and the pool/screened porch added a private oasis. The owner is very responsive to any questions. We’ll be back!

Great location, comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay at Christina’s home. She communicated with us promptly. The home was clean and well stocked. There are lots of beach towels, chairs, toys, and bikes. The bedrooms and living spaces were very comfortable. The home is child proofed which was nice for our little ones. The pool is amazing - clean and a great temperature. The location was great with many Naples attractions a short driving distance and the beach at Wiggins State Park just down the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved our visit!

Christine greeted us when we arrived at this beautiful home. She showed us around and told us all about the property and it’s amenities. She checked in with us during our stay. When we experienced an issue with the shower in one of the bathrooms, Christine arranged for a plumber to address the problem in a timely manner. The property is well maintained, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The pool is a great place to relax in the evening after a day at the beach or sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area. Thanks for the hospitality!

Family vacation

The property was very clean and the location to the beach couldn't have been better. We loved the privacy of the pool area and the generous seating available in the living room and front sitting room. We had a few small issues with the property, but the owner was quick to respond to most of our requests. The reason I gave an overall rating of 4 stars was because we felt like the property could have been better stocked (bath & hand towels, wash clothes, dish towels, dishwasher packets, toilet paper, etc.) for the number of people in our party. We had 7 adults and 1 child in our group and only had about 5 wash clothes for all of us. We did a lot of loads of laundry so we would have dry towels available. We ran the dishwasher (full) at least once a day because of the size of our group but ran out of dishwasher packets the last day. It just seems like these simple amenities could have been better stocked.

A little dissapointed

We recently stayed at Christine's property and wanted to share our experience. Overall, the house is fantastic, equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The interior is well-maintained, and the exterior offers a pleasant environment. However, we encountered a slight disappointment at the end of our stay when we were informed about an additional fee. We want to clarify that we take responsibility for the fee and are willing to cover it, even though we believe we did not break any rules of the property. During our stay, a minor incident occurred with a misplaced cigar on the couch. It was entirely accidental, and they have video evidence to support this claim. Additionally, all cigarette butts were properly disposed of in the trash, as per the property rules not to mention that our privacy was compromised, as evidenced by the fact that the contents of our trash were scrutinized.

Wedding

We were in town fir our daughter’s wedding. We needed a home base since all of us were from out of state. This house comfortably sleeps 12! The house was clean and well stocked with every imaginable amenity. Christine was very cooperative as long as we followed her rules, which we gladly did. Mutual respect goes a long way toward a pleasant time. I highly recommend this house and this owner.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Extremely clean and great location. Not too far from the beach, and if you have too much to carry, there is plenty of parking. There was also many grocery store and restaurant options near by. The pool was an added bonus. Over great stay!

A wonderful place to stay!

Christine's home has a wonderful "home away from home" feel, stocked with plenty of the necessities to allow you to enjoy your trip. House was spotless. Rooms were perfect. Beds super comfortable. The pool was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal (minus the food itself), including a plethora of spices! In the garage, there was a ton of pool floaties, beach toys, coolers, beach chairs, etc. I could go on and on about the benefits of this beautiful home, but I will allow you to see for yourself! Thank you, Christine, for your wonderful hospitality! We will definitely re-book soon!

Perfect Family Thanksgiving

We absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving vacation at this lovely home. The space was perfect for our family of 5 adults and two small children. Pool was great size. Amenities provided were just perfect. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Beautiful house

My family and I had a great time at this house. Christine was very helpful and always available, I couldn’t of been happier. Convenient to walmart, trader joe’s, restaurants and many other. A short drive to the beaches. It was so handy to have all the beach equipment already there, to have bikes, washer and dryer, so many useful things they provide at the house. We would definitely come back and rent with Christine. Thank you đŸ€—
