The best location to vacation in all of Naples! FIND YOUR BLISS in this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath 1700sf private pool home located blocks from Vanderbilt Beach and immediately down the street from the shopping and dining of the Mercato lifestyle center. On the 500 block of 99th Avenue, it is in the heart of the neighborhood.

This home features an open floor plan for easy entertaining and gathering. Don’t want to be at the beach? Lounge poolside, listening to the birds and enjoying the quiet in your private HEATED in-ground pool. breakfast outside, read or siesta on the OUTDOOR DAYBED, or kick back indoors with flat screen TVs, gaming system, and internet in the home. Ping pong table and 3 bikes in the garage for more fun!

Three bedrooms with King in Master, Queens in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, including an extra front room with a sleeper couch that can accommodate a few more in a pinch gives you many options for your vacation. Wireless internet, cable TV, a pool, beach chairs, beach towels and 3 cruiser bikes and a ping pong table are all included for your enjoyment.

The bikes are provided to take you to the tennis courts on Vanderbilt Beach Rd, the beach (either Vanderbilt beach or Delnor Wiggins State Park), library, or the Mercato shopping area– with Whole Foods, Nordstrom, Tommy Bahama, and Silverspot cinema plus AWESOME restaurants.

If you don't want to deal with driving/parking? Just text Breeze Beach Shuttle for a quick golf cart ride to and from the beach and local restaurants.

And at the end of the day hit the bar at the Ritz Carlton for sunset drinks, dinner at the Mercato, and then return to your quiet oasis and wake up to jog along Vanderbilt Beach Road followed by a good read in the daybed. ITS ALL GOOD.

WoW! Parfaite place!

La maison est vraiment belle, propre et de qualitĂ©. On s’y sent comme Ă  la maison. La piscine est superbe et la passe pour aller Ă  la plage est un gros plus! Je retournerais dans cette maison sans hĂ©siter! Merci Leslie pour ce beau sĂ©jour!

Great location and amenities

Leslie was a great host. We had some issues with the pool heater, but she was very responsive and got the situation resolved very quickly with excellent communication. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood that was so close to Delnor-Wiggins beach. The cabana on the patio was well-used when we were there and the bikes, ping-pong table, and chairs made our stay fun and comfortable. She made some great recommendations as well -- we loved the beach yoga she told us about!

Our week stay was perfect. The house is laid out great for our group. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Pool and patio was our favorite hangout. Easy walk to beach and Turtle Beach Club and The Ritz.

Wonderful home in great location

We had a few hiccups upon arrival, but were immediately taken care of in an outstanding manner by both Vrbo and our host. The house is lovely and was more than spacious for my daughter and I. We loved the patio and pool. It is in a safe neighborhood which to many beautiful beaches and other attractions we had a lovely stay.

Family vacation

Great place in a quite neighborhood. My family loved the pool, where we could.hang out together. Also, tons of extra items in the garage for beach days, bike rides, and ping pong battles. The owner and caretaker were prompt to respond with questions or concerns. They even rushed over a new propane tank within in 30 minutes when it ran out. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Family of Four Fun in the Sun

The house and backyard were everything the owner and their pics said it would be. We felt like it was our own home as it was furnished and supplied with everything we needed from household items to bikes and beach gear. Beautiful house

We loved the house. The owner communicated very well before we arrived with everything we needed, including restaurant ideas, beaches around etc. The pool was perfect- the oversize chair was so comfy. And the backyard is beautiful, the lighting at night, flowers etc. The house was a great size for us, had plenty of towels, and they left plenty of supplies as well. We would definitely stay there again!

It’s all about the Pool

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. First and foremost the host was excellent-very helpful and responsive (not that we had issues, but the host gave us a “heads up” that there was some street construction going on and was extremely helpful in navigating that hiccup). The pool and lanai/patio are great-very relaxing. Short bike ride (or long-ish walk) to Vanderbilt Beach. Great location. The only downside is the furnishings-definitely old and in need of refreshment/replacement. Overall we enjoyed the house, the host, the location and our stay. Thanks, John

Great vacation!

The house is perfect for family, fun and relaxing with an incredible location. Close proximity to the beach made for an effortless vacation, not to mention, the host has everything you need from beach chairs and umbrellas to towels and bicycles. The heated pool provided hours of fun for the kids and there's a beautiful shaded area for those that aren't sun lovers. The ping pong table was an added bonus that we absolutely loved. The cherry on top is a very responsive host who really cares that her guests enjoy her property. Thanks Leslie for a great vacation!

First time in Naples!

Loved the property. The pool area is so beautiful. Everything is well maintained. We could not enjoy the beach because of the red tide. Found many wonderful restaurants. Especially enjoyed the hoagies that we had made at Publix. Would love to come back!

Great experience

Nice house with a wonderful pool. Close proximity to the beach was a plus. Plenty of towels for both pool and beach. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage! The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, as well. One slight negative was the periodic smell of cigarette smoke from a next door neighbor smoking in their backyard. Overall we really enjoyed the house, its features and the surrounding area.

Great Thanksgiving Get Away

The owners were great to work with...the check in and check out was seamless. The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving for six adults. Our married kids LOVED that there were two spare rooms with Queen beds...most of the other rentals had twin (2) beds in one of the spare rooms. Nice that it had a room for watching TV close to pool (we were able to enjoy the Michigan/Ohio State Game...go U of M and watch team USA have a victory) and another room in front of house for just relaxing/reading, etc. The pool was perfect...nice that it had an area that was covered for those that don't like to be in the sun all of the time. Would recommend this place for sure!

Leslie's beach house at Naples Park

Leslie's beach house is PHENOMENAL!!! Clean, spacious yet cozy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, blankets, beach equipment, bicycles, etc...everything you can possibly need during your stay is provided. The home is very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas including the supermarket. EXCELLENT LOCATION indeed!! The host...you can not ask for a better one. Leslie is friendly, approachable, helpful, accommodating and fast at responding. Her goal is to help make sure you're comfortable during your stay. She's a SUPER HOST without a doubt. We have enjoyed 10 wonderful days in Naples. We look forward to coming back next year, and YES, staying at Leslie's beach home again. Thank you Leslie for everything!!!

Exceptional home

We had such a great stay at this home. The pool, ping pong table, XBox, games, bikes, rooms, living/dining/family room layout, EVERYTHING was just perfect for our needs. I was addicted to the salt water pool and swam as often as 3x/day. I will try to book this home again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
