Summary:

The home features in-unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and a scenic screened lanai with lake views. We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts.



The Space:

Welcome to our second floor deluxe condo located in the "E" building in Park Shore Resort. This condo has been recently completely renovated with a washer and dryer in it, a luxury in Park Shore Resort as many units do not have them! This building has an elevator which allow for easy access to the condo.



The accommodations in our condo include a King bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom and a Queen pull out sofa in the family room. Being a deluxe unit, the bedrooms and bathrooms are split and are on opposite sides of the condo. Take a look at the floor plan in the photo carousel.



The main bedroom has views to the center of Park Shore Resort and a scenic fountain and it has French Doors to the screened and covered lanai. There is a TV as well as a dresser and a seating area. The attached en suite bathroom is completely luxurious and recently totally remodeled!



The second bedroom contains a Queen beds and has a sliding door out to the lanai. The second bathroom, also completely remodeled contains a single vanity, and a water closet with the toilet and a shower and gorgeous decor. The bathroom has a rain shower as well as a second shower head that can be used simultaneously. As an added bonus the condo has a washer and a dryer.



The family room, kitchen and dining spaces are all interconnected and focus on the beautiful view outdoors to the subtropical resort landscape including mature trees and a scenic fountain. The family room has a comfy sofa that converts to a Queen bed, along with two swivel sitting chairs coffee table and fun board games to play. The dining set sets 6 and it is just behind the pass through counter to the kitchen.



The kitchen is very well appointed with dolomite stone counters, a package of stainless steel appliances and gorgeous down lighting. There is a window that looks out to the outside corridor from the kitchen. Take a look at the floor plan included in the photo carousel.



This unit comes with exclusive access to a local beach club that includes over a full bathroom facility and parking for cars. No other Park Shore Resort condo has this amenity! Book now to take advantage of this unique opportunity

Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles)

This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7AM until 10PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager to ensure a memorable stay!



Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit #107 - Pine Ridge Road.

Amazing!

The condo was beautifully renovated and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access to the Park Shore Beach was an amazing perk as well. We also had an amazing meal at Hogfish Harry’s! And there was excellent communication with the owner. Would highly recommend this location!

Pleasant and comfortable stay

We loved the tranquility of unit 230 as it was near the back of the property. It allowed us to continually hear the nearby waterfall and watch the frequent ducks that visited its stream. The condo had ben newly renovated with lovely and comfortable accommodations. It would be nice to add a floor lamp in the living room, another lamp in the second bedroom. We enjoyed our two week stay and frequented the pool which was always clean.
