The room was reasonably clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the interior, as well as the fixtures, were worn and outdated. This may be because many of the rooms have been sold to private individuals (for a residence or investment) who will either directly rent them out to short term renters or allow the hotel to book them as regular hotel rooms.
