House w/ heated pool in central Naples 5min to beach

3bds, 2 bath house that sleeps 8 only 2 miles from the beach.
It is on this expansive lot that is centrally located in Naples. You don't have to commit to one side of town or the other. You are within ten minutes of downtown, Mercato, luxurious waterside shops, Vanderbilt beach and more.
The quiet backyard offers tons of space whether you want to swim, enjoy a bbq or just relaxed on the hammock while soaking the sun.
We look forward to welcoming you at our Sunnydays house!

The space
The house is on a large lot with a circular driveway and mature trees.
It has a small screened front porch where you can enjoy morning coffee/tea.
The living room has a lot of natural lights coming in with a big designer sofa and chairs. It also has a 65" smart TV where you can stream all of your favorite videos.

The dining area had a big table that seats 8. From the dining table, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the pool deck.

Right across the dining area you have a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, spices , coffee/tea to get you going.

The master is very large with a king size bed, love seat and dedicated desk area. It also has a walking closet with tons of shelves. The bedroom has its own lanai to enjoy your morning drinks in private. The bathroom has a new toilet and has been refreshed.
There is another door connecting this bathroom to the living room.

The second bedroom is on the other side of the house. It has a queenside bed with a small closet and its private entrance.

The garage is very large with a laundry area with washer and dryer. It has a ping pong table that can be collapsed and stored. It also has 3 bikes, 6 beach chairs and 3 small umbrellas.

Right outside the dining area, there is a big lanai with a seating area and bar area. The large sliding doors let lots of natural light in. This lanai has air conditioning.

The second bathroom is located next to the lanai. It has been refreshed with new vanity, toilet. It gives easy access to the guest staying at the pool house.

The pool deck is just AMAZING! It has a dining table that seats 6 with an awing to help you enjoy the outdoors on a sunny day. There is an egg chair, 2 lounge chairs with umbrellas to help you relax.
The barbecue is next to the pool to help you socialize with your family and friends while enjoying the outdoors.
The grass area has a hammock to help you relax and soak in the sun while you get space for kids to run around.

The pool house is absolutely adorable! It has air conditioning with bright lights. There is a small living room with a queen size sofa bed, a retractible smart tv, a clothing rack. The spelling area has a king size bed.

Overall the house worked out well. The location couldn't have been better in terms of access to Naples. The house has a few issues that need to be addressed, such as sliding doors that don't function. There were plumbing issues as well with both the refrigerator and the washing machine. I'm sure the owner will address these things. Also, it's very rare to stay at any vrbo and not run into these types of issues.

Family Fun

Our family really enjoyed the pool in combination with the proximity to the beach. The property was great for our family of 7 adults from 3 generations. When there were a couple questions about the hammock and the pool heater, the owners and property managers were super responsive!

Family get away

Overall this was a very good stay for the family. I did note some issues to the owner (e.g. sliding door on "outside" pool house bdrm "VERY" hard to open. Water leak coming down light fixture in the dining room. Safety hazard linked to a lower cabinet dr knob with sharp edges (cut wife's leg). Fans in each bdrm are all on the same dip switch coding (action in one bdrm impacts other bdrms). These issues & others identified to host.) No reply was received.

It was the perfect gateway! I really enjoyed the property and all the amenities that Magali offered in the house. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Walking and riding a bike in the Sunday morning was the perfect touch that I needed to recharge and became whole after several weeks of non-stop work. Magali was always available and attentive. Thanks Magali for being so nice and delightful !

Adorable and cozy hideaway in the heart of Naples!

We (me and 4 sisters) just stayed at this awesome spot this past weekend. The location is FANTASTIC, the pool and lanai provided hours of relaxation and was the perfect spot for all of us to catch up and just spend time together. The homeowners were very responsive when we had a couple questions during our stay. We already said we'd be booking the same spot for our next visit and many thereafter! 5 out of 5!!!!

Clean, beautiful property

I stayed at this VRBO for 5 nights with friends and we were very comfortable. The host was extremely communicative and responsive to any needs we had. The house was 10/10 clean, which is something that you don’t always get at home rentals. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen came fully equipped with any cookware you would need, and the pool was beautiful and well-kept. The beach is about a 10 minute drive, but Ubers were easy to get. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Family Gathering

This property was great for being able to hang out as a family near park shore where we were attending a birthday party. Lots if seating and the indoor/outdoor flow was lovely. We were unable to use the tvs and would have a loved a third bathroom since we were a party of six but overall this property was great for our purposes. Easy to reach the owner.
