Property has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a split layout so that master bedroom has plenty of privacy. Ensuite bath in master with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Elevator is shared with second floor residence only and there is also a two car enclosed garage. Community pool with heated jacuzzi is just one building away.
