What a wonderful spot to stay! The studio was clean and in a perfect location for beach lovers and shoppers. We enjoyed walking to the beach and grabbing dinner on 3rd. Everything was absolutely perfect for our mother daughter trip and I can’t wait to come back next year!

Bad experience

No internet, no TV, elevator broken, no pool heater, water seeping up through the floor, tub not draining. We had to move to a hotel after one night. They did refund. Never should have been rented.

Updated, beautiful apartment, perfect for a couple! Beach was literally right there
the most beautiful sunsets every night. We didn’t need anything, apartment had all that we needed. Would love to stay again.

A Studio in Paradise

We have been staying in Naples for 5 years. This studio exceeded our expectations in location, totally renovated with furnishings that are modern and up to date. great pool and a half block from the beautiful beaches of Naples. Great location!! Easy walk to 5th as well as just being on Gulf Shore Drive. Wonderful, wonderful!! Avery is on top of everything and very responsive.

Perfect couple getaway

This is just a beautiful newly refreshed efficiency. Everything is simple and easy, lovely accommodation and right in the heart of the pier area. Walk to everything, two blocks to beach, 1 block to shopping and many great restaurants. It's a terrific walking area or biking. We walked to 5th Ave., The Cove, the beach, the bay. If you want to drive the parking is on premises. This unit is on the second floor and there is an elevator. Loved it!

Everything was great!

Very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. It’s an easy walk to the beach. No worries about parking. The same for great restaurants close by. The pool was clean and heated. Perfect! As you can tell, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you!

Zero communication trip canceled.

We attempted to reschedule our trip to the next week due to Covid in the family. We did it ahead of time as required and no one returned our multiple communications attempts. So I had to cancel my flights and assumed I was eating the cost. Then 72 hours before the requested change date I get an email about how excited they are for our upcoming stay. Just not cool all around. The reason for not giving a 1 star review is when someone finally did reach out they were cordial and offered a coupon for another stay in lieu of a refund.

Lovely!

The unit is every bit as lovely as in the pictures! It was clean, well equipped and very peaceful in the evenings. The location is primo; right across the street from the pier, just a few blocks away from the 3rd St. shopping district. I stayed by myself so the size was perfect. It made for such a lovely retreat! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I am very grateful!

Great location close to beach and restaurants. Swimming pool was a big plus. No patio seating meant that outside sitting was in the pool area. Unit next to a public parking lot so noise at times was an issue. Overall liked the stay in Old Naples.

RELAXING NAPLES VISIT

This clean and bright renovated studio was a terrific spot for a few day get-away to Naples! The location is Great! A short walk to the beach and pier and only a few blocks from the 3rd street shops and restaurants. The pool was refreshing and we were grateful for the availability of the beach chairs (and there is also an umbrella). If you are looking for a beach location situated in a beautiful neighborhood - this is a great spot!
