Such a great property conveniently located near 5th ave with shopping and many fine restaurants. The property was exactly as described...super clean. It was perfect for our family trip with our 4 adult children and their spouses.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the open concept with the living room and pool was great. Host were super responsive to a question we had. We definitely rent again from them.

Incredible home and host!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Royal Palm. Our group of 10 spanned in ages from 5 to 65, and everyone had a great stay. The layout is perfect for everyone to spread out when they want to, and be together when they want to. The kitchen was well stocked- we cooked most dinners in and had everything we needed. The location is wonderful- a cute, walkable neighborhood within just a 15 minute drive of most everything in Naples.The pool was the highlight for kids and adults alike. It’s the perfect place to start the morning and relax in the afternoon after a day out and about.Jessica is an attentive and kind host. We had a 5 year old almost-swimmer with us and she worked with me to find great options for pool safety with the sliding doors.Next time we’re back in Naples, we’ll be back at Royal Palm!

50th birthday girls getaway!

We had a great time utilizing this property for a 50th birthday girls getaway! The location was very close to the beach, Tin City, 5th Avenue, etc. We loved the proximity to all those places, which made it easier for Uber rides, etc. The house had plenty of comfortable beds, the kitchen had the items we needed, and we liked there was plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers for us to use. Jessica was also very responsive to all questions too, which was very much appreciated! Overall, this property was perfect for our girls getaway!

Royal place on Royal Palm

This property was 5 star in all areas....per the pictures and descriptions. Our group of eleven enjoyed the heated pool, ample living area for tv watching and games, well stocked kitchen for meal prep and comfortable beds!! Great location as mentioned...including Freedom Park walking trails. And the best, our hostess Jessica. She was always available to help make our stay enjoyable.

Family wedding weekend

We were in town for a Family wedding and the Royal Palm accommodations were perfect for our family to relax in between wedding events. It was clean, close to activities, and our hosts had great suggestions for places to eat and play. We appreciated the responsiveness from our hosts. You might as well stop your search and book this property!

Highly recommend!!

This is an amazing home that smelled clean when we walked in! The home delivered on all our needs, it has firm beds, tons of room, a beautiful pool, and comfortable seating in the family and dining rooms.. The kitchen has a fantastic refrigerator that produces ice in two places for those hot days. For our group, the ping pong table was a huge hit! The owner answered all our questions promptly and was always available to us. We would definitely stay in this home again if our event is scheduled in the area!

Communication with host was wonderful! Beach chairs, toys and cooler were very useful. House was equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and home was very clean. All beds were extremely comfortable. Only con was air conditioning in upstairs master/queen room off pool lanai, maintaining cool temperature. Perfect location for our vacation.

The location was amazing. It was close to everything! There was plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen was stocked! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I loved the up stairs master bedroom and sitting area and the bedroom by the pool was ideal for the adult children who stayed up a little later! They did not miss a single detail!

Perfect Place for MOB and family!

We found the perfect home to host us for our daughter's wedding! My husband, 2 daughters(& one boyfriend), my mother, two sisters, one brother-in-law all thought the house was perfect! We were close to the wedding venue, the beautiful beaches and a plethora of shopping/dining. Highly recommend this home. The Owner was readily available for questions and made our stay seamless.
