Welcome to Royal Palm Palace! Our 6 bedroom home is located in the center of Naples. Whether you are looking to relax by the private heated south facing pool, visit world renowned beaches, or explore the city, you are in the right place. You are less than 5 minutes away to one of the best beaches Naples has to offer. Downtown Naples (5th Avenue) is 5 minutes away. The grocery store is minutes away. Mercato shopping center is 10 minutes away.

The house is 2-stories and has been professionally decorated and designed. The combination of the double lot and numerous windows allow ample, natural light, into the home. Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a small foyer to kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. The open floor plan greets you right around the corner with an open kitchen, dining , and living room. There is a large 65” Samsung 4k HD Smart TV in the living room for your use. You might even be inspired to cook after dining out in Naples using the fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware if you would like to prepare a meal yourself. The large dining table has plenty of space to enjoy a group meal with seating for 8, and 4 barstools at the large island. After dinner, enjoy your private oasis, wind down, and relax in the large screened in lanai by the pool. Which provides privacy and a barrier between the neighbors.

Guests are able to sleep in 5 bedrooms as well as the office with a luxurious designer pull out sofa. On the main floor, there are 2 en-suites with King Size Beds, each boosting their own 55 inch Samsung 4k HD Smart TV, an additional room with 2 Twin Beds, and a private office that can be converted to another bedroom with an exquisite designer sofa bed. There is an additional full bath on the main level. There is an additional en-suite bedroom with a Queen bed located in the room off the pool lanai. This bedroom is accessed via the french doors with the Schlage smart lock.

Walk up the stairs to find a private sitting area with a 55inch Samsung 4k HD Smart TV for lounging. Then step into the luxurious Primary Suite with a custom walk in closet, dual vanities, large shower and soaking tub. Enjoy the sunrise and sip on coffee from the balcony overlooking the pool in the covered lanai.

Guests of all ages will enjoy some of our favorite family board and card games that have been provided for your enjoyment. The garage has been converted into a table tennis room for added fun. The garage also has cornhole, beach toys, chairs, umbrella and cooler to enhance your beach experience.

:::THE OUTDOOR SPACE:::
Cool off from the heat in the private South facing pool in the large lanai. When you are tired of swimming you can rest on one of 4 lounge chairs or the seating area by the pool.

There is an additional patio and seating area out front for your enjoyment. There is a propane grill provided for those BBQ Masters!

Please place trash outside on Monday and Thursday nights as trash comes both Tuesday and Friday. Please place Recycle bin out Thursday night as recycle pickup is on Friday. Once complete please bring bins inside garage to store.

Checkout is at 10am. Check in is at 4pm. Quiet times between 10 pm to 7 am.

***This house is a great place for small celebrations but we do not allow large parties. The maximum capacity is 12 people for gatherings.
