Zen Garden Private Guest House by Beach n Golf

A private guest house is a very quiet residential neighborhood walking distance to the Naples Beach Hotel (when it opens) w spa and restaurants and golf course. We are also walking distance to a pharmacy and other shops and restaurants and Naples Public Beach: Lowdermilk Park. There is a parking space available by your guest house and our downtown 5th Ave or 3rd Street shops and dining is a 5-10 minute drive. Many people walk to 5th Ave or 3rd Street from the guest house. The Naples Botanical Garden and museums like Artis are a short drive.

Many people have inquired asking about Hurricane Ian. While many in my community were devastated by flooding, my property and i were very fortunate that we were at a high enough elevation so the flood only came up my driveway but not all the way into my home. The property/my zen garden was impacted somewhat by the wind but the plants and trees have begun growing back and life is returning to “normal.” I have reduced the nightly rate due to hurricane impact on the property and hope the small “damages” have been fixed before you book or arrive but also hope you understand that finding workers available in this area for “small” jobs is almost impossible while they are busy rebuilding entire homes. A month discount is also automatically applied thru this site.

The guest houses are comfy but not fancy. I welcome dogs/pets if they are well behaved. I am only allowed to advertise monthly rentals per Naples city code. Monthly rentals have a discounted rate calculates by this site. Please inquire if u have questions or special requests.
