I absolutely love my room and how peaceful it was to be in it. I felt right at home to be honest. It wasy first time ever and it was a great experience not to mention the 711 was right there so I didn't have to leave the hotel.

The airport shuttle was so convenient. It was easy to find with posters advertising where the various shuttles were for the various hotels. It's about a 25minute drove from the hotel.

We stayed on the seventh floor, and the room had been recently renovated. The shower head and hair dryer were great to use. Also, the hotel quickly responded to my claim to lost-and-found. Excellent service!

The shuttle from narita to the hotel and then the big coach from th we hotel to the airport was a big plus!! After traveling using public transportation for a while, it was a welcome benefit. The trains are great in Japan but it was so luxurious to sit in comfort with my luggage. The room was adequate, nothing fancy but perfectly functional.

The room was spacious and airy; front desk service excellent. Very good lication on arrival at Narita. Not happy with the evening buffet which was cool and dry as food sitting too long and no one looking after lids down or replenishing food. We were told only the buffet was available at 7.30 pm but that was inaccurate . We had wanted a la carte as we had the first night, which had been good. The restaurant staff member (non Japanese) said later that he thought the buffet would be a better deal and decided for us. Not good.

This hotel is mainly for tour groups and airlines crews, the breakfast area is like in the train station - noisy and busy. We will not stay there again, sorry!
