The staff at the International Garden Hotel are the sweetest nicest people! They treated us so well during both of our stays! The hotel was clean & well maintained. The room was quite large compared to some other hotels we stayed at in Japan. And they offered free shuttle services to & from the airport & the Narita train station. This saved us time & money & we are truly grateful for that! Thank you to the beautiful staff at the International Garden Hotel in Narita for making our stay incredible! 😃

Excellent hotel. Very useful to rejuvenate after arrival in Japan or before departure. The check-in process is straightforward and the staff are hospitable and accomodating. I would definitely recommend to all wayworn travelers for a quick and covenient respite.

I am willing to give 2 stars for the lovely staff and access to airport shuttle. However this hotel is extremely old. We were placed in a room on the 8th floor and from the carpet with visible rolls in it to the room that was straight out of the 70’s-80’s, it was an extremely unpleasant stay. Perhaps they have some updated rooms but that was not my experience. I am shocked this hotel has a 9 rating on Expedia. We only needed the room overnight and stayed a little over 12 hours- if we had been staying longer I would have re-booked myself elsewhere. I would not stay here again and I recommend booking elsewhere for the price. The room seemed clean but with a carpet and room furnishings that old… yuck.
