"The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower could have been better. The staff at the front desk didn’t give any information until I asked….(how to connect to the WiFi, how to get to my room, make sure that you have your room key with you when you take the elevator …. Or the elevator won’t work…. Even after you check out… keep your room key to get to the parking garage, etc) They did not ask how our stay was when checking out…. Or say thank you. They gave us a card when we arrived and told us to take it to the other desk to pick up our “welcome package”. There was NO welcome package…. Instead it was a salesman trying to get us to sign up for a travel club. Complete waste of our time. We did not appreciate being lied to. Other than that…. Clean hotel and rooms…. And the bartender was very nice."

"This is a very quirky hotel, but we loved it. It's strange at first that there is no staff (except when the staff is there to clean the rooms). But they were very responsive when we texted with questions or had a problem (including letting us move to another room in the middle of the night when our air conditioning unit started making a noise that we couldn't stop). The rooms were really well-equipped. And we loved the convenient parking right across the street. It's also really convenient to nearby food, drink and entertainment venues, and a short drive to the downtown area."
