The Space:
Four real bedrooms and 14 beds mean a multi-family trip or a big group of friends can all book one house on VRBO instead of juggling separate reservations. Everyone gets an actual bed, not a shared air mattress in the living room. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and futon, with a guitar mural on the wall and its own vanity for the group to get ready together.
Bedroom 2 holds 4 full beds plus a twin trundle bed, giving kids or a larger crew a room stacked with enough beds to sleep everyone without doubling up. Bedrooms 3 and 4 round things out with two queen beds and a king with a trundle plus a fold-out chair, so families can split up by age or generation and still stay under one roof.
Once the sun goes down, the downstairs speakeasy takes over: the pool table gets racked, the karaoke mic gets passed around, and the bar top fills with whatever the group is pouring, all under the speakeasy sign hanging over the bar.
