Was a good stay. Accessible from the freeway. Pool was closed 😢 no hot tub 😢. Room was clean. Staff was good. Breakfast was decent. Breakfast closes at 9:00 and they take that seriously. I got in there at 9:01 and the lady was already taking everything out. I mean you think they’d give you a couple minutes extra. So just be on time to breakfast.

The welcome staff were so friendly and asked the basic question like where you wanted your room upstairs or ground. Other places don't!! This was awesome I felt like I was allowed to choose what I wanted.

I asked for a receipt because I need it for record reasons and the lady at the front desk said that you all send it it email wise and I know they are able to do it. She was not very helpful or friendly in trying to help showed no intrest

Pet fee is crazy

Went on vacation and stayed for a week... everything was good...but the only issue I had was that the pet fee is a little bit high...the fee should be based on the situation of the pet...$75 for a guinea pig that stayed in a cat carrier the whole time is a little ridiculous...
