Not a great experience. We found a moldy piece of pizza that was left in the microwave. The ironing board was broke and had to be replaced. The lampshade between the beds had black spots on it. Possibly mold? The staff took care of these issues after they were brought to their attention. The complementary breakfast was very disappointing as well. A few tiny muffins, plain bagels and apples. You did have the option to make a waffle if you wanted something hot.

The parking lot was safe enough. We had no concerns for our vehicle. The staff was polite and the room was clean. Although the bedding and carpeting were nice, the toilet seat was very loose and the tub drain cover was lying loose in the tub. There were plenty of clean towels. There was no shortage of tissues or toilet paper which we have encountered at inns. The weather had a dramatic change with outside temperatures dropping so we had no need of either air conditioning or heat. We enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we are in White House.

This was my third stay here. I was skeptical about booking again, but unfortunately it was the most affordable in the area, so I did. We have been assigned the exact same room every time we have booked. Why?? The room stunk until we got the ac going and it started cooling off. That seemed to help with the smell. The bathroom layout of ridiculous! Whoever came up with that concept must have been delirious at the time! The bathroom door barely missed the toilet when being opened and closed. The toilet is LITERALLY against the wall! It was awful to say the least. The water goes in the floor when showering not sure what the deal was with the shower curtain! Over all, the property itself was clean but they really need to fix the bathrooms!! I think the next time I come to White House, I will just suck it up and pay the difference for another hotel.
