ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.
